Listing inventory at the Fraser Valley Board shows decrease for fourth month in a row.  Board Pres says ``It`s important that both buyers and sellers recognize that as long as inventory levels continue to decline, there is less downward pressure on pricing.``

Marylou and Ken’s niece Amber Wanless successfully completed the 2010 Penticton Ironman in 13 hours and 10 minutes.  This is the first time Amber has taken on such a huge triathalon and she made her aunt and uncle really, really proud of her.  Marylou’s sister Linda and husband Derrick were also on hand in Penticton to support and cheer her on.  The swim course was 3.8 kms (2.4 miles), bikin ...
